Peter and the Starcatcher

West End Cultural Centre - Winnipeg Fringe Festival 2019

Director Kathleen Henry

The story of how an orphan boy came to be known as Peter Pan. Two villainous captains, Black Stache and Bill Slank, square off in a battle between two ships. Lord Aster is a Starcatcher who must protect the earth from the power of star stuff. Embracing the style of story theatre with physical gags and hilarious puns, the actors play everything from pirates and mermaids to mollusks. This is a journey of the imagination to far-off places and tropical islands.
